ADVANTAGE OF NTNP
The Northwest Territories Provincial Nominee Program (NTNP) attracts skilled workers and entrepreneurs from around the world to this region of Canada.
This program provides a pathway for foreign nationals who meet specific criteria, such as having a valid job offer from a local employer or plans to invest in or start a business in the Northwest Territories.
If you’re unsure of how to begin your immigration journey, our team offers a consultation service where we can evaluate your unique circumstances and recommend the most suitable immigration options for you. Our focus on personalized solutions ensures that every client receives the highest level of service and support throughout their immigration journey.
When you receive a nomination from the NT PNP, you do not need to go through the hassle of obtaining a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before applying for a work permit.
Once nominated by the NT PNP, you can use this as a pathway to apply for permanent residency through the Provincial Nominee Program, which allows you to settle and work in the Northwest Territories permanently.
When you are nominated to NT PNP under the Express Entry stream, you can receive an additional 600 points in your Express Entry profile. This significantly increases your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency.
If you receive a nomination from the NT PNP, you are eligible to apply for a work permit while waiting for your permanent residency application to be processed. This allows you to start working in the Northwest Territories while you wait for your permanent residency status.
You have the options for various categories of National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. This means that individuals with different skill sets and occupations can apply for the program, making it accessible to a wider range of potential immigrants.
