With that, the NB PNP expedites the immigration procedure for individuals possessing requisite skills, work experience, and education who show a clear commitment to permanently reside in the province.

When you receive a nomination from the NB PNP, you do not need to go through the hassle of obtaining a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before applying for a work permit.
Once nominated by the NB PNP, you can use this as a pathway to apply for permanent residency through the Provincial Nominee Program, which allows you to settle and work in New Brunswick permanently.
When you are nominated to NB PNP under the Express Entry stream, you can receive an additional 600 points in your Express Entry profile. This significantly increases your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency.
If you receive a nomination from the NB PNP, you are eligible to apply for a work permit while waiting for your permanent residency application to be processed. This allows you to start working in New Brunswick while you wait for your permanent residency status.
You have the options for various categories of National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. This means that individuals with different skill sets and occupations can apply for the program, making it accessible to a wider range of potential immigrants.

International Student
The New Brunswick Private Career College Graduate Pilot provides an immigration pathway for international graduates from selected one and two-year programs who possess the skills, education, and work experience to contribute economically to New Brunswick and are committed to living and working there permanently, particularly in priority occupations.
Business Immigration
The New Brunswick Business Immigration Stream provides a route for seasoned entrepreneurs to permanently reside and settle in New Brunswick by setting up, operating, and actively managing a business within the province
Express Entry
The New Brunswick Express Entry Stream welcomes individuals with the necessary skills, education, and work experience, who are prepared to permanently reside in New Brunswick.
Strategic Initiative
The New Brunswick Strategic Initiative Stream gives French-speaking individuals who possess the essential skills, education, and work experience a pathway to permanently settle in New Brunswick.
Critical Worker
The New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot focuses on attracting skilled workers to roles that are and will remain challenging to fill in the future, with candidate applications only accepted via participating employers, not directly from prospective candidates.
