CCoFTA for Intra-Company Transferees.

A CCoFTA Work Permit is for Colombian employees who are transferred within the same company from an office in Colombia to a branch, subsidiary, or affiliate in Canada. They must have been continuously employed by the same employer for at least one year in the last three years and should be employed in a capacity that is managerial, executive, or involves specialized knowledge.

A CCoFTA Work Permit is for Colombian professionals who are contracted to provide pre-arranged professional services in Canada for a short period.
