Board of Director: Treasurer/AFC Chair – Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
With over 20 years of global experience working in education, business, marketing, management consulting and immigration, Chitra has built a successful consulting firm that incorporates all areas of expertise into the service provided to its clients. On top of a vast understanding of Canada’s immigration procedures, Chitra is highly skilled at specific immigration streams like Canada’s Economic and Temporary Residence pathways.
Her combined passion for business and education led her to hold multiple high positions like the Business Head for Hughes Education (part of Hughes Communications) where she helped IIT’s and IIM’s launch their online education programs. Chitra also served as a Country Head for Sanako Oye, Kelly Services – IT and Professional Services, and later the Regional Director (Marketing and Admissions) and Director of International Education at The Education Company (TEC), Canada. She has been a member of the Institute of Management Consultants of India since 2011 and is also a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC- Canada).

Veevek Bhatia is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant based in Metro Vancouver, BC. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience starting and operating businesses in the textile, home furnishings, and textile industries. Veevek brings his expertise and experience to create and run our organization in an environment of efficiency. He immigrated to Canada 9 years ago and worked at Scotiabank as a Small Business Advisor before joining Chitra & Associates.
Veevek has completed his Certificate in Immigration Law, Policies & Procedures from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). . Veevek also handles our core operations and administrative duties. Veevek specializes in student services including study permits, post-graduate work permits, helping students understand their immigration pathway, admissions, and within-Canada applications to Economic immigration programs.
